Forgiveness is something that we MUST learn to do if we are too move on and heal from our pain.  

Sometimes we need to forgive others....

Doing so doesn't mean we excuse any wrong doings or behavior of the other person....

Forgiveness gets to be about YOU and for YOU; it simply allows you to move forward from a
place of peace.

Often times we need to forgive ourselves and the past version of us that did the best she could knowing what she did then.  

Now that we know better, we can show us ourselves compassion by using forgiveness.


Through this, we are able to let go of the past and move forward in life with our healing feeling empowered and renewed.
